Add, remove, and clear totals on numeric SALV columns.

Add TOTAL, MINIMUM, MAXIMUM, or AVERAGE to a numeric column.

EXPORTING columnname TYPE STRING; aggregation TYPE STRING

aggregations->add_aggregation(
  columnname = 'AMOUNT'
  aggregation = 'TOTAL' ).

Uses an initialized local SALV object; see ZED_EXAMPLE_SALV for a complete runnable setup. This is not a remote SAP GUI connection.

Remove one local aggregation.
