Terms of Service

Read the terms for using the Zed Frame educational ABAP workbench, community, subscriptions and related services.

Last updated: October 20, 2026

These terms govern your use of Zed Frame, operated by ZED Frame in Mexico (“we”, “us”), including its playground, community, and subscription services. Our legal and service contact is support@zedframe.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. About the service

Zed Frame is an independent ABAP learning, experimentation, and analysis environment. It is not a production SAP system and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SAP. SAP and ABAP names and marks belong to their respective owners.

The runtime supports a defined subset of language features and bundled data, function modules, classes, and example programs. Compatibility with a specific SAP installation is not guaranteed. Features labelled Coming Soon are not currently included as available functionality.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must have legal capacity to accept these terms or any authorization required under applicable law. Keep your account information accurate, protect access to your sign-in account, and notify us of suspected unauthorized use.

Guests can use permitted playground features and read the community. Registration is required to participate in forum discussions and to use registered-only features. Guest issue reporting is available separately.

Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation, or share access in a way that bypasses plan or account limits.

3. Acceptable use and safe inputs

Submit only code, content, and data you have the right to use and process here. Do not submit secrets, credentials, private customer data, or regulated production information. You remain responsible for reviewing inputs before submitting them.

Do not attempt code injection against the hosting service, escape the runtime, access another user’s information, bypass credit or authentication controls, distribute malware, probe the service without authorization, or disrupt availability through excessive or automated traffic.

Do not post unlawful, harassing, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to support@zedframe.com rather than publishing exploit details or sensitive information in the forum.

4. Credits and service limits

Features may require credits. The interface shows applicable balances and charges; larger programs may cost more than smaller programs. Runtime limits, supported features, and safeguards also apply independently of credits.

Guest monthly allowances are shared by IP-based identity, so people on the same network may share an allowance. Registered allowances and eligible milestone rewards are maintained per account. Refreshing the page does not create a new allowance.

Credits are usage allowances, not money, deposits, or transferable financial assets. Monthly allowances replenish according to the service’s displayed policy. Do not manipulate identities, networks, accounts, or forum activity to obtain unearned credits or rewards.

5. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Free is $0. Pro is US$15 per user monthly or US$180 annually. For new Teams / Enterprise subscriptions, annual billing is US$948 for the platform plus US$180 per seat per year; monthly billing is US$99 for the platform plus US$19 per seat per month. At 10 or more seats, a 10% volume discount applies to every seat, never the platform fee. At least one seat is required. Existing subscriptions retain their original prices. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Review the final amount, billing frequency, seat quantity, and included benefits before confirming a purchase.

Paid subscriptions begin billing immediately and renew monthly or annually according to your selection unless cancelled. Annual plans charge the entire year upfront; displayed monthly equivalents are not monthly installments. Stripe processes payments and provides the billing-management interface. You authorize recurring charges for the subscription you select until cancellation takes effect.

Cancel through Subscription & Billing. A cancellation scheduled for the end of the paid period leaves access available until that date and prevents renewal charges for subsequent periods. Previously incurred charges or other amounts lawfully due may still apply. The billing page shows the relevant status and dates.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived. Any future price change will be communicated as required by law before it applies to your subscription.

6. Your content and community moderation

You retain rights you hold in your source code and other submitted content. You grant the permissions reasonably needed to process your inputs, deliver requested outputs, and store or display community content you choose to publish. This does not transfer ownership of your code to Zed Frame.

Community contributions, including issue reports, are public and may be displayed, translated, and moderated. Do not publish material that must remain confidential. Translation can involve an external provider and may change meaning unintentionally.

Administrators may edit, classify, pin, resolve, soft-delete, or permanently delete content to operate and protect the community. Community badges, rewards, and accepted solutions do not certify professional qualifications or guarantee correctness.

7. Results, recommendations, and responsibility

Executions, debugging, code reviews, and functional or technical specifications are assistance tools. Results can be incomplete, inaccurate, or different from a production SAP system. Validate code and designs independently before using them in a real environment.

Domain-specific guidance for loans, banking, payments, logistics, or sales is not financial, legal, regulatory, accounting, or compliance advice. Optional AI-assisted text is an interpretation; its recommendations and proposed controls or tests are not verified, and are not legal, compliance, or regulatory approval. Generated documents may distinguish observed code behavior from recommendations and unresolved business decisions; you must verify those distinctions.

You are responsible for backups, testing, authorization, business requirements, and decisions made using the service. No output is a warranty of production readiness or regulatory compliance.

8. Availability and account restrictions

We may maintain, update, or modify the service and impose reasonable operational limits. Uninterrupted access, permanent storage of editor work, and support for every ABAP feature are not promised.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably needed to address misuse, unpaid charges, security risks, or legal obligations. Where appropriate and permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Cancelling payment, deleting community content, and deleting an account are separate actions.

9. Warranties, liability, and applicable law

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and without additional warranties of uninterrupted operation, compatibility, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free results.

To the extent permitted by law, Zed Frame is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable mandatory consumer protections.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Mexico, without overriding mandatory protections that apply where you live. These terms do not remove any mandatory rights, remedies, or access to courts available to you under applicable law.

10. Privacy, changes, and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. It is available as a separate page linked below.

We may revise these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required by law; mandatory cancellation and consumer rights remain unaffected.

For questions about these terms, subscriptions, or the service, contact support@zedframe.com. Do not include credentials or confidential source code unless a secure and appropriate support process has been agreed.
